High Protein Stuffed Peppers
Tuna Stuffed Peppers
Low on your protein and need a quick dinner idea? These Tuna stuffed peppers are the answer!
Ingredients:
Spinach
Green Onions
Celery
Greek Yogurt
Bell Peppers
Franks Red Hot Sauce
Instructions:
Steam bell pepper halves in microwave till they are softer
Drain your tuna (1 can per pepper) and put into a bowl mix in yogurt until its the consistency you prefer
Add veggies
mix together & add Hot Sauce and seasonings
Place in air fryer for 8-10 minutes
