High Protein Stuffed Peppers

Tuna Stuffed Peppers

Low on your protein and need a quick dinner idea? These Tuna stuffed peppers are the answer!


Ingredients:

  • Spinach

  • Green Onions

  • Celery

  • Greek Yogurt

  • Bell Peppers

  • Franks Red Hot Sauce


Instructions:

  1. Steam bell pepper halves in microwave till they are softer

  2. Drain your tuna (1 can per pepper) and put into a bowl mix in yogurt until its the consistency you prefer

  3. Add veggies

  4. mix together & add Hot Sauce and seasonings

  5. Place in air fryer for 8-10 minutes
