  • Our subscription service renews monthly! You only have to commit to one month at a time. If you decide to upgrade to our annual plan, you will save $55 for the year!

  • Each program includes 3-4 workouts per week. This way our programs are sustainable and won't cause over exertion or burnouts.

  • New workouts for the week will be uploaded to the website every Sunday at 6pm MST

  • Although a gym membership will be helpful for most of our programs, it is not necessary for ALL programs. We do two At Home programs that will require some small dumbbells and an area where you can comfortably exercise.

  • All Valure Active subscribers will have access to free E-Books including nutrition guides.

Hi there! My name is Cheyanne and I am a dedicated personal trainer with over 6 years of experience in the fitness industry. I have always been passionate about leading an active lifestyle and helping others achieve their fitness goals.

During my career as a personal trainer, I was an amateur competitive boxer, which taught me discipline, perseverance, and the importance of setting and achieving goals. This experience has greatly influenced my training style, as I believe in pushing my clients to their limits while ensuring their safety and well-being.

In addition to my professional background, I am also a proud mom of a 1-year-old. This has given me a unique perspective on pre and postnatal fitness, and I have successfully helped many clients navigate their fitness journeys during and after pregnancy.

My expertise extends beyond just weight loss and muscle building. As a certified nutrition specialist, I understand the crucial role that diet plays in achieving optimal results. I work closely with my clients to develop personalized meal plans that complement their fitness routines and help them reach their goals faster.

Driven by my passion for helping others, I am the proud owner and founder of Valure Active, an online membership website that offers a comprehensive fitness experience. Our platform includes meal plans, 4 different workout programs tailored to individual goals and equipment access, and a group chat for accountability and support. I believe that fitness should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their location or schedule, and Valure Active allows me to reach and support a wider audience.
