High Protein Cookie Dough

Cottage Cheese Protein Cookie Dough

Ingredients:

- 1 cup cottage cheese

- 1/4 cup protein powder (flavor of your choice)

- 1/4 cup almond flour

- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions:

1. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, protein powder, almond flour, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.

2. If desired, fold in mini chocolate chips or chopped nuts.

3. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to allow it to firm up.

4. Once chilled, scoop out small portions of the dough and roll them into balls.

5. Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Note: You can also bake the cookie dough at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-12 minutes if you prefer a baked cookie texture.
